Disclaimer for Free Home Inspection Offer by The Flemming Team
- Offer Duration & Eligibility: This offer is valid for buyers who go under contract on a new construction home in the year 2024. The offer is exclusive to properties located in South Carolina. A new construction home, for the purpose of this offer, is defined as a brand-new home built or being built in 2024.
- Inspection Services: The offer applies only to the final general inspection of the property. Pre-drywall inspections or any additional services are not covered. While The Flemming Team provides a list of preferred home inspectors, the choice of the inspector is at the sole discretion of the buyer.
- Buyer’s Obligation: To be eligible for this offer, buyers must have an exclusive right to buy representation agreement in place with The Flemming Team and must close on the home in the years 2024 or 2025. If the property purchase does not close, the buyer will be responsible for the full cost of the home inspection.
- Financial Terms: The Flemming Team will cover home inspection costs up to a maximum of $400. Any costs exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Process: Upon completing the survey, please contact The Flemming Team at 803-465-3921 or 803-237-5324. The home inspection must be completed prior to closing on the home.
- Liability: The home inspection is the sole responsibility of the chosen home inspector. The Flemming Team is not liable or accountable for any disputes or disagreements that may arise between the home inspector and the homeowner.
- Privacy Policy: The Flemming Team respects your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of this offer and will not be sold or shared with third parties, unless authorized by you.
